What is the minimum order?

Minimum order amount should be $10/-. During our promotional period, orders over $100/- qualifies for FREE delivery in the specified delivery zones. To qualify for FREE delivery, order(s) should be for a total amount of $100/- or over delivered in ONE shipment per location.


When will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time of placing the order.


How can I pay for my order?

Madinah Market accepts Paypal. In addition, payments can also be made through Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.


How does credit card payment work?

The payment will have to be made immediately when the order is placed, and you will receive an itemized e-mail confirming your final order amount which includes sales tax. If your credit card has expired or is otherwise invalid, we will be unable to process your order. Madinah Market reserve the right to charge your card for any defaults in payments or additional fees that may be imposed by the card issuer relating to your transaction.


Does Madinah Market accept personal checks or cash?

You can pay through your checking account online. However, we do not accept personal checks, cash or any other forms of payment at this time, other than what is already identified earlier.


Can I pay by EBT Link Card?

At this time we are not accepting payments through EBT Link Card for orders placed online or on telephone.


Is there a charge for delivery?

For order value less than $60/-, there will be a delivery charge of $10/- per shipment.


Can I order by phone?

Yes, we accept telephone orders during our normal customer service hours from 10 am to 5 pm on all days. Please call 630-627 5540. However for accuracy of items ordered and ensure correct delivery details are obtained, we would prefer customers to place orders online.


Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within a time period of 24 hours from the original placement of order. Original order confirmation mail will have the date and time when the original order was placed.


How can I change or cancel an order?

We accept only emails for any changes or cancellation of orders. Please email us at [email protected] for any changes or cancellation to your original order. We do not accept any changes or cancellations over telephone. Any changes or cancellation are subject to our review and approval.


How does refund process work for order cancellation or changes?

Difference in order amount against changes will be charged or refunded the same day when the order changes are approved against the original order. Refund against cancellation will be done on the same day the cancellation is approved based on your email request.


Can I return something if I am not satisfied?

How do I request an item I don't see on the shelves?
We always welcome any suggestions or feedback to improve on our product line and new products based on demand.


How do you deliver?

We deliver all shipments in our brand new custom designed fully refrigerated cargo van to ensure the quality of goods are not compromised during the delivery process.


Can I place an order online if I am not in the delivery zone?

Yes, you can place the order online. However, the items need to be picked up personally from our store. Any order placed before 12 noon can be picked up the same day after 6 pm or later.


Do I need to be at home to receive the delivery?

Yes, you need to be at home to receive the delivery. If there is no one at home to receive the delivery, the material will be left at the front door of the house at customer’s risk and responsibility. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Can I order for others to meet the FREE delivery order amount?

Yes, you can. However, there will be only one charge to credit card for payment and one order placed. The delivery will be done to one location only.


Can I split my deliveries to multiple locations for a single order?

No, you cannot request for deliveries to more than one location against a single order.


What is the process of storage and delivery?

The processing of order will be done based on your specifications. In order to maintain product freshness, the order will be stored in a freezer and delivered in a refrigerated van.
