- We deliver to designated neighborhoods in Chicago and suburbs. Our services is expanding all the time. Please check our Delivery schedule to verify whether your location is covered under our delivery zones.
- Shipping is carried out in a fully refrigerated truck in order to maintain product freshness.
- A lead time of one day will be provided to customers for the product shipment. It is customer’s responsibility to be available at their home to receive the shipment.
- In the event there is nobody to receive the shipment within the schedule time and date that was communicated, the product will be left at the entrance door of the house, and the customer will be responsible for its acceptance and any damage to the goods.
- In the event of a request to reschedule shipment, either from Customer or from us, a lead time of one day is required from either side.
